A focused product — billing, attendance or a website — typically runs six to ten weeks. Institution-wide platforms are phased: the first modules go live in eight to twelve weeks and the remainder follow in increments, so you are never waiting a year to see value.

Fixed price against a scope we agree after discovery, or a monthly retainer for ongoing product work. We quote after understanding the workflow, never before — an estimate given over the phone helps nobody.

You do. Source code is handed over in your own repository, and data can be exported in open formats at any point. We can host it for you or deploy onto your own servers, including on-premise institutional hardware.

Every engagement includes a support period covering fixes, monitoring and backups. After that most clients continue on an annual maintenance contract that also funds enhancements as their processes change.

Frequently. We start with an audit of the codebase and infrastructure, give you a written assessment of what is salvageable, and then stabilise before adding anything new. Data migration from legacy desktop software and spreadsheets is routine for us.

Across India and internationally. Remote delivery is our default, and it is how most engagements run start to finish. For institutional rollouts that need on-site discovery and training we travel — built into the quote, never billed as a surprise.
